Trigger Point Injections

Trigger point injections help break up tight muscle knots. I use Lidocaine to numb the area first. Then I use the needle to break up the muscle. You may be sore for a few days. Ice and Rest afterwards as needed. You will hear us talking about dry needling vs. wet needling (trigger point injections).
